HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ?????

How To Manage Your Social Media
Monitoring Your Social-Media
The nature of “social media” is that it offers you the chance for real-time communication with colleagues, customers, prospects, vendors, and the greater community. As such, before you launch a social media campaign, you must put a plan in place detailing how you will manage that campaign from one minute to the next. These five tools represent some of the best ways to stay connected with your campaign from start to finish.

1. Go Mobile With Your Social Media.
Whether you will be managing the campaign yourself or you will designate a point person, the first preparatory task to complete is to “go mobile” with your social media accounts. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other tools all offer mobile apps (“applications”) that can be installed on your smart device or smart phone. You can manage your Facebook Pages, Instagram and Pinterest accounts, Twitter and LinkedIn Profiles, as well as other tailored applications you may wrap in – all from your smart phone.

2. Pre-Schedule Your Posts with a Social Media Manager.
Apps like HootSuite, Bufferapp, Twitterfeed, Sprout Social, and others will allow you to not only pre-schedule your tweets and posts, but you can also use their interfaces to manage your interactions in real time across multiple accounts on different platforms(for instance, you can check both your Facebook and Twitter accounts – even if you have more than one of each – right from the app interface).

3. Go Geo-Local During Your Campaign.
If you have a retail location or any on-site publicity events planned, you may also want to incorporate apps like Foursquare, Loopt, GoWalla, and other similar geo-location apps to permit customers to “check in” when they visit and post comments about their experiences. You can also choose to run contests for customers who check in during a certain window of time or on a certain date, which will encourage greater engagement with your social media campaign.

4. Set Up Alerts.
Even if you have “mobilized” all of your social media accounts for on-the-go management, this still does no good unless you get updates when new posts come in! For this, you can incorporate apps like TweetBeep or adjust your settings on your mobile apps to be sure you are notified with an alarm, a text, an email, or some other alert so you can log in immediately to participate in your campaign.

5. Be Sure to Capture Customer Data.
Finally, the overall point of any marketing-based campaign is to begin building relationships with other willing participants. Here, you will want to incorporate an app that can help you capture customer data like email addresses or new “followers” so you can stay in touch. Vertical Response in particular is a great tool for this as it brings email and social media campaigns together in one place. You can also try Mad Mimi, Mail Chimp, and Aweber for great tools to manage email campaigns, auto-responders, and customer lists.

I think This post will help you allot..
